The London Foodhall has reopened

We are pleased that our Foodhall at Selfridges London is now open to serve the local London community, providing food, pharmacy items and home essentials. Foodhall orders can be placed for same-day collection through our Food Concierge team, and we are offering our local neighbours the option of home delivery. Please note that our Customer Service team is currently experiencing a large volume of calls and emails. As ever, our aim is to provide you with a swift answer to your questions. Therefore, please refer to the FAQs below before getting in touch as your questions may already be answered.

  • Our website and app are fully operational, and we continue to deliver to over 130 countries. We will also continue to connect with our customers through our social channels.

  • Depending on where you live, you may experience a slight delay in us delivering your order to you. You can track your order using the link provided within your dispatch confirmation email or, alternatively, by selecting ‘My Orders’ within your account and clicking the ‘Track my order’ button. For delivery updates specific to your country of residence, please see our Delivery page.

  • Online purchases: online returns are operating as normal and we have extended our online returns period to 45 days. To process your return, please ?click here.

    In-store purchases: if you wish to return item(s) previously purchased in store, we are offering an extended returns period of 28 days after our stores reopen. If you live locally to Selfridges London, we are also offering returns on all items in our reopened Foodhall. All other aspects of our ?Returns & Refunds policy remain the same.

  • We will refund you the original purchase price and delivery charge for your order within 14 days of us receiving your order, or receiving proof from you that your order was returned to us, provided your product(s) are in a saleable condition. For more details, see our Returns Policy.

  • Our Foodhall at Selfridges London has reopened with a selection of fresh food and drink, plus pharmacy and household essentials. We are also offering the collection of Lloyds Pharmacy prescriptions, product refunds, collections and deliveries (call Food Concierge on 020 7318 3458).

    Please note that we have introduced various precautions for customer and team member safety, including social distancing measures and complimentary hand sanitiser stations. 

  • The safety and wellbeing of our team members is our top priority. We have stepped up measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus and are meticulously following the guidance issued by Public Health England and the UK Government. Employees across our warehouse and contact centre are expected to follow social distancing guidance, with signage put in place and work stations moved to accommodate the prescribed two-metre distancing rule. Team shifts have also been separated by up to an hour in order to enable thorough deep cleaning to take place throughout the day, with hand sanitiser also made readily available throughout all locations.
